Photo Books Photo books can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the book is unused, in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that in the following cases only a partial refund can be granted: — Books with obvious signs of use. — Items that are not in their original condition or are damaged. — Items returned more than 8 days after delivery.
Upon receipt and inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible.

Depending on where you live, the delivery time for an exchanged product may vary. For higher value items we recommend using a tracked shipping service or taking out shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Fine Art Prints and Limited Editions As our Fine Art Prints and Limited Editions are produced to order, returns are unfortunately not possible.
Damage or Production Flaw Did your order arrive damaged or does it have a production flaw? Please contact us within four days of receipt at or****@***************el.com. Include a brief description and photos of the damage. We will arrange an appropriate solution.
Prices and Taxes All prices include Dutch VAT. For international orders outside the EU, customs duties or local taxes may apply. These costs are at the expense of the recipient.
Shipping Within Europe we ship via trusted partners PostNL and DHL.
